Vittorio has always been involved in M&A and extraordinary transactions, such as mergers, demergers, shareholding sale and purchase, transfer of businesses and business branches, restructurings and joint ventures. Vittorio has especially thorough experience in M&A transactions involving listed companies. He is a member of the Sports Law Team and is the Head of the Canada desk of the firm.
Vittorio founded the Law Firm. Before he had worked in the legal department of a multinational company and then he worked with a law firm in Brussels. In 1996, he joined first the Paris office and then the Milan office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
