Martina has gained expertise in assiting Italian and foreign companies before the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission concerning, in particular, antitrust proceedings regarding restrictive agreements and abuses of dominant position, mergers, distribution agreements and State aid, as well as in antitrust litigation before national, administrative and civil courts.
She is also involved in the design and implementation of tailor-made antitrust compliance programmes for companies active in a wide range of markets, including fashion, telecommunications, gas and energy and automotive.
Martina joined the Law Firm in January 2024.
Previously, she worked as intern at Avvocatura Generale dello Stato before joining a primary Italian law firm in Rome.
