Marina is specialised in intellectual property, unfair competition, advertising law, consumer law, TMT and data protection. She assists national and international clients in both out-of-court and judicial matters with a specific focus on the fashion and luxury goods sectors. She has particular experience in litigation relating to trademarks, designs and unfair competition, and in advising on both IP portfolio management and contractual matters relating to the circulation of intangible assets. She also advises on compliance issues in the consumer, advertising, and privacy fields, with particular reference to the management of digital platforms and advertising campaigns.
