Leonardo deals with administrative law and specializes in public procurement – works, supplies and services, including Project Financing operations – having gained a significant amount of professional experience in the day-to-day management of procedures and in litigation as well.

Leonardo is an expert in pharmaceutical and healthcare law and, over the years, has been a legal consultant in the fields of energy, environmental law, proceedings before independent authorities, building and urban planning and cultural heritage.

At LCA, Leonardo is a member of the Life Sciences Industry team.

Leonardo has been a member of the Law Firm since 2020.
Before joining LCA, he had worked for some primary Italian law firms assisting various leading multinational companies operating in the pharma, medical device, ICT, consumer electronics and automotive sectors by assisting them and representing them before administrative courts.
