Gaia has gained experience in bankruptcy law by assisting Liquidators in all phases of insolvency procedures delving deeper into roles and responsibilities of the parties involved.
She has also experience in the civil law sector, with particular regard to real estate transactions.
Gaia worked for a leading bankruptcy law firm in Monza for three years.
She also spent 18 months as an intern at the Court of Monza, Bankruptcy and Implementation Law Section, gaining expertise in the bankruptcy field and in real estate transaction matters.
In September 2019, she joined LCA Law Firm.
