He advises athletes, agents, coaches, clubs, leagues and federations in relation to the negotiation, drafting and conclusion of sponsorship contracts, transfers of players, as well as national and international regulatory, disciplinary and doping issues.
He has extensive experience in proceedings before the dispute resolution bodies of FIFA and other International Federations, the Court of Arbitration for Sport of Lausanne Sports (TAS- CAS) and the Basketball Arbitral Tribunal (BAT). His expertise covers commercial, regulatory and contentious work, particularly for clients in the sports, media and entertainment sectors.
Federico joined LCA in 2020 having gained experience in the field of sports law in international law firms, such as Withers Studio Legale in Milan, Elite Law in Lugano and Squire Patton Boggs in London.
