Federica focuses on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions.
She assists companies and private equity funds in extraordinary transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, minority and majority investments, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, both domestic and cross-border.
She also assists innovative start-ups and business angels in fundraising transactions starting from the investment early stage.
In addition, she provides ongoing advice on corporate and commercial law matters.
Federica joined LCA in 2018. Previously, she worked at leading Italian and international law firms.
