Drawing on the wealth of experience he has gathered in advising entrepreneurs and companies – across ordinary operations, litigation and out-of-court matters, debt restructuring, insolvency proceedings, and extraordinary transactions – Daniele has placed all his expertise at the Firm’s disposal, serving as General Counsel and Knowledge Management Manager.
Daniele has developed deep expertise as a trusted advisor to companies, including those listed on regulated markets, supporting them both in day-to-day operations and in complex corporate law matters.
He has gained significant out-of-court experience in extraordinary transactions, often involving business crisis law, including composition with creditors, bankruptcy proceedings, and more generally, scenarios where corporate distress arises.
Daniele also brings extensive litigation experience, particularly in civil disputes related to commercial and corporate law, insolvency law, banking and finance, financial markets regulation, and domestic arbitration.
At the beginning of 2025, Daniele assumed the exclusive role of General Counsel and Knowledge Management Manager at LCA, making available to the Firm’s professionals the wealth of expertise he acquired over his years of legal practice.
In his new role, supported by professionals from various practice areas, Daniele is responsible for providing legal oversight in both the ordinary and extraordinary management of the Firm. His responsibilities include ensuring the continuous evolution and updating of internal processes to enhance operational efficiency, ultimately benefiting both professionals and clients. He also spearheads initiatives for ongoing modernization and innovation, promoting the strategic and informed use of new legal technologies. All of this is guided by the legal insight honed over two decades of experience, which he applies to address the increasingly complex challenges that arise in the dynamic environment of a modern law firm.
Daniele began his career at Studio Legale Sanzo, where he became a partner following the firm’s transition to SeAS Sanzo and Associates.
He joined LCA in 2018 and, since 2025, has been serving as General Counsel and Knowledge Management Manager.
