In particular, she regularly assists companies operating in the web and digital field by taking care of the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of contracts concerning the development of websites, apps and IT products as well as the drafting of general conditions and terms of use for websites.
She also deals with profiles related to consumer protection regulations.
She regularly deals with consultancy and contractual activities in the real estate field, with particular attention to the drafting and negotiating of lease and free-of-charge lease contracts as well as assisting in the purchase/sale of real estate properties.
Claudia also has significant experience in the field of trusts and asset protection tools related to estate planning with specific focus on the possible use of such tools in the context of generational handovers.
She has taken part as a speaker in conferences and events related to these matters.
Claudia also deals with extraordinary M&A and private equity transactions.
