Carlo provides judicial and non-litigation assistance in the shipping and yachting sector in favor of ship owners, P&I Clubs, marine insurers (H&M and Cargo), terminal operators, shipping agencies, freight forwarding firms, banks and leasing companies.
In this context, he has dealt with complex cases of marine casualties and salvage operations including liaising with Maritime and Port Authorities.
He also provides assistance in the field of shipping finance and sale and purchase deals. He has gained significant experience in managing ship arrest procedures as well as providing “on board” advice in the most delicate of cases.
Carlo also assists Italian and foreign clients in the context of bankruptcy procedures including those of national and transnational relevance.
Finally, Carlo provides non-profit associations engaged at the national level in the field of theatre and entertainment with legal advice and judicial assistance.
Carlo joined LCA on March, 2019.
Previously, he had worked for a leading maritime boutique based in Genoa.
