Mattia has been Chief Financial Officer since 2024.
Prior to joining LCA, in 2019 he founded a start up in the ICT sector where he was not only a partner but also held the position of Finance Manager. He later joined the Horsa Group where he held positions as Project Manager for extraordinary finance transactions and Finance Manager for companies within the Group.
Before that, he has worked for six years in a Swiss ICT Group, where he held various high-level positions in Finance, Administration and Control.
He started his career in auditing at Deloitte & Touche in Milan, where he held various positions.
