Giovanni Battista deals with all aspects of corporate law and extraordinary transactions; in particular he advises Italian and foreign clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets matters, and corporate reorganizations.
He has experience in drafting and negotiating acquisition contracts, investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and commercial partnership in the context of extraordinary transactions. Moreover, he assisted startups and investment funds in the venture capital and private equity sector.
Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Giovanni Battista practiced at leading Italian and international firms. During his experience, Giovanni Battista spent time in New York at the United Nations legal office and carried out a secondment for Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
