Laura has started her experience dealing with commercial agreements. Then she has extended her experience providing assistance in relation to Banking & Finance transactions and, in particular, to corporate finance transactions.
More precisely, in 2012 she has started her cooperation in complex debt restructuring transactions assisting mainly financial institutions and leasing companies and providing her support in negotiatiosn of reorganisation plans and restructuring agreements; since 2017 she is involved mainly in banking law and corporate finance transactions gaining significant experience assisting leading banks, financial and real estate companies in relation to acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance transactions, as well as securitisation transactions, both on domestic and cross-border basis.
Laura joined LCA in 2024.
She has consolidated her experience in leading Italian law firms and in the Banking & Finance department of a leading international law firm.
In 2020 she worked as secondee at UBI BANCA S.p.A legal department.
During her career Laura worked also as an in-house consultant.
