Donatella works in the field of intellectual property law, with reference to both extrajudicial and litigation issues, focused in book publishing and image law. She also gained significant experience in the fields of travel law and insurance law, encompassing both in- and out-of-court assistance. As to the insurance law, her expertise lies in assessing the operational aspects of insurance policies, handling claims, and managing relationships between insurers, insurance brokers, and other intermediaries.
Donatella has worked since 1996 with the Bruni-Gramellini law firm, one of the first international commercial law firms established in Milan. She then worked with the Gramellini Leonelli law firm and, finally, with Leonelli & Partners, of which she became a partner in 2016.
