In more than 30 years Antonio Di Pasquale has advised Italian and international clients in a significant number of M&A and corporate transactions, both private and public (including IPOs and Mandatory Tender Offers). He also has a very strong experience in corporate litigation, arbitration and M&A transactions in contexts of financial distress. Energy and infrastructures are the industries where he has acquired a very strong experience. In addition, he has advised major client in the aviation sector and has about 25 years of experience in advising clients in the Fashion and Luxury Good industry.
Antonio joined LCA in 2022.
Previously, he has been a partner for seventeen years with one of the largest global law firm, which he joined after having been a partner with one of the largest Italian law firm for about five years. In the previous ten years he has been a member of an Italian boutique firm.
