Sara is a member of the IP Department of the Firm and she collaborates with senior professionals of the
department. Her professional activities include, in particular, advice on trademarks, designs and models, prefiling advice, availability search, filing, prosecution and maintenance of trademarks and designs before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the EUIPO and national foreign trademark Offices. She manages office actions, oppositions proceedings, and negotiates coexistence agreements.
She has been a member of the Law Firm since 2017.
Before joining LCA, Sara worked in a Milan-based law firm specializing in IP.
